Villa Dream
Situated up on the hillside away from the standard 'Villa crowd', this location helps make the holiday special as you'll be amongst Turkish properties and able to enjoy an authentic Turkish holiday experience. Villa Dream is about a five minute drive down into Kalkan, located on the Bezirgen road. To say Villa Dream is spacious is a very big understatement! It's huge. One of the largest (if not the largest) villa in Kalkan.

There are three floors, each with a shaded balcony running along the entire front of the villa. There is a massive open-air top terrace to view the superb sunsets from. The views are spectacular. Please see the photos for the proof!

Five bedrooms, sleeping maximum of 10 people

These five breakdown as follows:

  •  Two extra large en-suite double master bedrooms on top floor
     with French doors leading out to balcony. Wonderful views.

  •  Two large double en-suite bedrooms.

  •  One twin bedroom with two full length single beds –
     en-suite
     
All bedrooms and main rooms are air conditioned

Throughout the villa there are six showers (including an outdoor fresh water shower near the swimming pool), six toilets and a bath. We think it’s always a good idea for a family villa to have a proper bath!

Very large private swimming pool that has a separate child depth pool attached to it. The large pool is designed so that it's possible to relax sitting in, or reading a book if you want. The swimming pool is a good size and has nine steps along the entire front edge. The dimensions of the pool are: 8.3 metres long x 5.4 metres deep x 1.85 metres deep. The pool is unheated (the sun is sufficient) with a refreshing cooling temperature

Washing machine and hangers (for drying clothes) in a separate room

Television/DVD/CD, we recommend you bring your own favourite DVD’s and CD’s. Please note satellite television is not available – you won’t miss it!

All linen provided. Linen changed weekly and villas cleaned throughout once a week

Please note:

  * Due to its location we recommend a hire car for Villa Dream.
     It is too far to walk down and back from Kalkan.

  * There is a "no smoking" policy inside the villa, however there are plenty of
     places to smoke outside – on terraces, balconies, gardens.

  * Please wash off suntan oil before going to bed, as suntan oil
     stains linen. Thank You.

  * Villa Dream is available to rent all year round.

  * Toiletries, shampoo, washing machine powder not included
     (very cheap to buy locally).

  * Phone is not available at Villa Dream. Advise you bring a mobile.

  * Car park big enough for two cars.

  * Ample storage, wardrobe space throughout.

  * Report any damage immediately to our local agents.

  * Recommend you take out travel insurance including third party
     liability cover.
