Villa Blue
Located next door to Villa Dream, occupying the same amount of land as both Villa Dream and Star combined! It is even bigger than Villa Dream, which is already consdered one of the largest villas in Kalkan. A stunning new villa is born! This brand new villa opened its doors in June 2010

There are three floors, each with large balconies offering breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay and perfect to enjoy glorious sunsets from. The views will be just about identical to those from next doors Villa Dream. Have a look at Villa Dream photo album for these views. The ground floor has a deeply shaded patio

Glorious second floor 'penthouse', with large double bedroom(ensuite showeroom) complete with lounge and special unique glass room to watch the stars from. Opening out to a balcony with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay

Five bedrooms, sleeping maximum of 10 people

These five bedrooms breakdown as follows:

• Extra large ensuite (with bath) double bedroom on first floor opening out through French doors to a large balcony
• Large ensuite double bedroom on the top penthouse floor opening out through French doors to a large balcony
• Large double bedroom on the ground floor
• Two twin bedrooms each with two full length single beds on first floor

All bedroom and main room are air conditioned

Throughout the villa there are four showers, four toilets and a bath. We think it's always a good idea for a family sized villa to have a proper bath!

Superbly equipped kitchen with everything you'll need. Large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, 4 ring stove, toaster, kettle and microwave

Fourteen cushioned sunloungers, ten around the pool (one for everyone) and two on each of the balconies to snooze on! Great luxury!

Chilled water dispenser

Very comfortable lounge with television,DVD and CD player. We recommend you bring your own favourite DVD's and CD's. Please note that satellite tevision is not available - you won't miss it!

Large dining area, suitable for 10 people

Washing machine and hangers (for drying clothes)

Very large private circular shaped swimming pool. The pool is unheated (the sun is sufficient) with a refreshing cooling temperature

At the villa end of the pool there is a large wooden pegola providing some relaxing shade

Three wooden outdoor shaded gazebos around the swimming pool to laze about in out of the sun

Ten comfortable cushioned sunloungers, one for every person

Comfortable outdoor furniture, tables and chairs

BBQ available

Fitted safe for your valuables

All linen provided. Linen changed weekly and villa cleaned throughout once a week

About 100 yards away there is a small grocery shop selling fresh bread and essentials

Please note:

  * Due to its location we recommend a hire car for VillaBlue.
    It is too far to walk down and back from Kalkan.

  * There is a "no smoking" policy inside the villa, however there are plenty of
     places to smoke outside – on terraces, balconies, gardens.

  * Please wash off suntan oil before going to bed, as suntan oil
     stains linen. Thank You.

  * Villa Blue is available to rent from June 2010.

  * Toiletries, shampoo, washing machine powder not included
     (very cheap to buy locally).

  * Phone is not available at Villa Star. Advise you bring a mobile.

  * Car port big enough for three cars .

  * Ample storage, wardrobe space throughout.

  * Please report any damage/breakages immediately to our local agents.

  * Recommend you take out travel insurance including third party
     liability cover.

  * Please switch off the air conditioning when you are not in the room or when not in the villa.
