Pricing Policy
 Prices shown are per villa, per week
For the peak season from April through to November we do not increase the rental price because of school holidays
A week is defined as from a Friday to a Friday
We now offer Angelic Villas for 12 months a year, with a reduced off season rental price
Price does not include flights, transfers or car hire costs. Please see Flights & Transfers for information
Terms of Business
50% non refundable deposit required on confirmation of booking
50% non refundable balance required 6 weeks before the start of your holiday
There is a refundable damage/loss deposit of £200 to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. This is refundable following villa inventory check within 6 weeks of the end of your holiday. Please report any damages as soon as possible while on your holiday to our management partners
Payment made preferably by bank electronic transfer (please contact for all relevant banking details). Alternatively payment can be made by cheque- which must be cleared prior to confirmed booking status
Availability
The change over day for Angelic Villas is Friday. Ideally guests will depart mid morning, with guests arriving mid afternoon – to allow time for the villas to be cleaned and prepared.
Discounts are available for bookings longer than two weeks. Discounts may be available for bookings made at very short notice – please contact us for details.
